Use - Pilsner, Lager, U.S.Wheat, Belgian-Style Ales, Bitter
Possible Substitutions - Czech Saaz, Polish Lublin, Sterling
Alpha Acid - 3.0% - 4.5%

Grown and plugged right here in the United States, these hop plugs are the freshest available. Our hops are kept frozen at 32 degrees F before being plugged and once they are are plugged, they are vacuum sealed in oxygen / light barrier bags and refrozen. Our bags are labeled with crop year, plugging date, and harvest alpha.
